Let's Begin

You focus on your business, we'll begin maintaining your financial records and you settle into your new monthly routine

Beginning of the Month

We gather all your financial documents and any other information needed to do your monthly bookkeeping.

Laptop and Paperwork
Gathering your financial documents

Whenever there are new transactions in your business bank accounts, credit cards, or payment processors (like PayPal or Stripe), we’ll import those transactions and categorize them QuickBooks. We’ll also keep your key financial reports (the ones your tax pro will require) current, accurate, and available to you anytime.

During the Month

We work, collaborate and correspond.

We do your bookkeeping

Each month, your bookkeeper reconciles your accounts, categorizes your transactions, and produces your financial statements. We will also make any necessary adjustments to your books to ensure that they are tax-compliant.

Questions?

Call or schedule online to set up an appointment for a phone call. Send us an email and we will respond within one business day or sooner with the answers you need.

Accountant

End of the Month

Once your books are completed, we inform you that your books are up to date and ready for review.

Young Businesswomen

Review the books together

We review your books with you over the phone or video call as many times as necessary each month.  These meetings are an incredible opportunity for you to ask any questions you have about your financial statements. They also help us to familiarize ourselves with your business process and ask for your input on how we can improve our services.

You'll understand the real-world business implications of your numbers and make practical plans to improve your bottom line.
